2. Accuracy of Information

University information, program details, admission averages, tuition ranges, scholarship data, and application deadlines are provided for general informational purposes only. While we strive to keep information current, we cannot guarantee accuracy. Always verify critical details (deadlines, requirements, tuition) directly with the university before applying.

Pick My U is not responsible for decisions made based on information found on this site, including missed application deadlines or incorrect program requirements.

3. AI-Generated Advice

The AI university counsellor feature generates personalized guidance using Anthropic's Claude API. This advice is informational only and does not constitute professional academic, career, or legal advice. AI outputs may be inaccurate or incomplete. You should consult your school guidance counsellor or a registered educational consultant for personalized professional advice.

4. User Accounts

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities under your account. You must provide accurate information when creating an account. You may not share your account with others or use another person's account without permission.

You may delete your account at any time from your account page. Deletion permanently removes all personal information we hold about you.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for any unlawful purpose
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Service
• Scrape, crawl, or systematically download content without permission
• Interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of the Service
